A Little To The Left

A delightful and satisfying puzzle game about organizing different things.

One thing that I found really interesting about the game was how it conveys the idea of “beauty in everyday objects”.

The game invites you to look at mundane objects in new ways.

There was this level where you arrange bread bag clips so that they would be lined up with one another and I found that to be very charming.

More symbolically, the game plays with the relationship between order and chaos. Order and chaos exist in relation to one another. The only reason why you are able to organize stuff in the game is because a cat is constantly making a mess of things. So it treats order not as some perfect ideal, but as one part in the lifecycle of all things (order to chaos and back again).

The game also looks good and has good music.

I recommend it if you’re looking for a casual puzzle game.
