Instantaneous Progress
When working on projects, it is often frustrating that there seems to be a lack of progress.
I kind of see it like the paradox of the idea of “instantaneous velocity”. Like, if you look at a clear picture of a car moving, you may know that the car is moving but just not what speed.
That’s how I feel with the progress of these projects. In the small span of a day, I make progress, but it’s hard to gauge the general trend of progress over time, hence it feels like progress is slow.
What’s important is that progress is at least nonzero.
